Sealy has long been a household name in the bedroom department, so it's no surprise that they have intrioduced a range of memory foam beds and mattresses of their own, called Sealy Mirroform.

Like all manufacturers, they make a lot of claims about their memory foam products and promise a revolutionary new sleep experience with a Sealy Mirrorform mattress and bed.

Like all memory foam mattresses, the Sealy Mirrorform responds to body temperature and weight and moulds itself to the shape of your body's contours, creating a perfect a reflection of you - hence the name, Mirrorform.

All parts of the body are supported and this maintains the spine in a natural position.

Initially, the Sealy Miorrorform mattress will feel quite hard, especially when compared to a concentional sprung bed.

Once it warms up, from your natural body heat, the mattress then starts to mould itself to your own shape.

Sealy claims that their memory foam mattresses respond quicker than other manufacturer's offerings because of the way theirs are constructed:

The Support Layer of Mirrorform at the centre responds to the sleeper by moulding itself to the body's shape. 3. The Base Layer of high resilience reflex foam provides correct underlying support. Strategically placed surface castellations, with a multi-zone design criss-cross the Comfort Layer to mould much more quickly and provide support where you need it most and disperse heat and moisture away from the body.

One of the biggest downsides to a memory foam bed is the fact that they do make you perspire - particularly during the summer months.

The Sealy Mirrorform mattress apparently reduces this problem significantly, because of the way the top layer is constructed, which apparently disperses heat away from the sleeper as in the illustration.

As you would expect, all of the Sealy Mirrorform products comply with UK domestic furniture and furnishings fire safety regulations.

The Sealy mattress comes with a detachable cover that can be machine washed at 40 degrees.
